Industrial Roofs
Quite a contrast with skylights looking good
This large factory roof clean was done by us some 15 years previously and when the long term tenants vacated for something even bigger they called us back.
Cleaning the skylights had a marked effect on visibility inside the complex, as you would expect from looking at this rooftop photo.
We also cleaned the outside of this complex. As it happened, the owners of the complex opposite, also in the process of moving, were so impressed they called us in to clean their Warehouse from the top (skylights) to the exterior then concrete car park and warehouse floor.

These roof cleans usually produce the most mess (dirt & oxidized paint), so we have a procedure to ensure waste is diverted from water tanks and the street drainage system before commencing.
